The Liberty Aviation Museum in Port Clinton Ohio hosted Tuskegee Airman fighter pilot retired LtCol (Dr.) Harold Brown and his wife tonight. When I began my journey to donate away my history collection, I had hoped to honor those that came before us as inspiration and I also wanted to inspire future generations. Tonight, Director of this museum Edward Patrick, hosted Col Brown, according to research is one of the last 11 living fighter pilot Tuskegee Airmen and he was able to see 28 signatures of fellow fighter pilots on 4 prints I donated 2 months ago. He told Ed it was like seeing old friends. He's also one of only 2 living Tuskegee POW's remaining. Dr. Brown spoke at the Museum and he's 96 years young! He signed prints I have donated. I also recently donated historical items to the recently opened "Brown Condor" Mississippi Aviation Heritage Museum.
